Doug Eaton B.A., B.Sc., has been active in the mineral exploration industry for over 40 years and has been a director or officer of various junior mining companies for more than 30 years. He is President and CEO of Strategic Metals Ltd., a successful project generator. In 2012 Mr. Eaton was a co-recipient of the H.H. Spud Huestis Award, which recognized exploration done on behalf of ATAC Resources Ltd., a gold explorer he founded.
David KelschPresident, COO and Director
Mr. Kelsch is a registered professional geologist with over 30 years in the mineral exploration industry. Since 1992, when he joined Rio Tinto, his core focus has been diamond exploration. Mr. Kelsch managed Rio Tinto’s multi-million dollar exploration efforts at Lac de Gras, Northwest Territories, from initiation through to advanced discovery on what was later to be commissioned the Diavik Diamond Mine. Since leaving his tenure at Rio Tinto in the late 1990s, he has held senior management positions with several publically listed companies and explored for diamonds on four continents. Notably he co-founded Indicator Minerals Inc. in the mid-2000s and led that exploration team to the discovery of numerous diamondiferous kimberlites in Canada’s north. Mr. Kelsch remained active with Indicator Minerals through its transition to Bluestone Resources Inc. and subsequent acquisition from Goldcorp in 2017 of the Cerro Blanco gold deposit in Guatemala.

Mr. Martino is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 10 years experience currently providing CFO and Financial Reporting Consulting services to companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges within the clean technology and mineral resource sectors. Mr. Martino had previously spent several years in assurance services for public companies at Davidson Company LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2010, and received his CPA, CA designation in 2013.

Mrs. Linda Knight is a Certified General Accountant and has served with GGL Resources Corp. since 2000. From 1992 to 2000 Mrs. Knight was employed by a management company that included GGL and two other public companies. Before GGL, Mrs. Knight was controller at Westley Mines Limited.
William BarclayDirector
Mr. Barclay is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a retired tax partner from an international CPA firm. He continues to work as a financial and tax consultant to a variety of long time clients. Mr. Barclay has been a consultant to the Company for a number of years.
Matthew TurnerDirector
Matt Turner has managed and participated in a wide variety of exploration projects throughout Northern Canada over the past 20 years. These projects include the 1.36 million ounce Klaza Gold deposit located in Yukon Territory and the former producing Snap Lake Diamond Mine in Northwest Territories. Mr. Turner holds a B.Sc. in Earth and Ocean Science from UBC and is currently President and CEO of Rockhaven Resources Ltd.
Elizabeth F. WallingerDirector
Ms. Wallinger holds a B.Sc. in Earth and Ocean Sciences from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from Thompson Rivers University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in British Columbia. For over a decade, she worked in the mineral exploration industry as both a geologist and corporate controller for various junior mining companies. Ms. Wallinger is VP Finance at CABN, a green technology company advancing an innovative manufacturing process for net-zero, cost-efficient, component modular housing. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Silver Range Resources Ltd., a TSX Venture Exchange listed Vancouver based junior exploration company.
